in the field of fundamental studies:

  • The nature of ultraviolet fluorescence of proteins and energetics of tryptophan molecule were deciphered as well its information capability for the conformation analysis of macromolecules, biological membranes and cells was disclosed.
  • The generalized cooperative structural rearragement of biomembranes were detected and their role related to regulation of biochemical and physiological processes was defined.
  • The firm-frame work-fluid mosaic model of biomembranes was postulated and the conception on the strained metastable states of biomembranes was elaborated.
  • Are created bases of membrane ozonobiology.
  • Is defined particularities of the formation of liposomal hydrophobic drugs: inclusion active material into liposomes depends on lipid composition, overall lipid concentration and technique of the liposomal vesicles shaping.

  • Is designed in principal new efficient biotechnology for producing adenosine-5’-triphosphate and other physiological active materials from yeast biomass with using of ozon
  • A new method for storing fruit and vegetable by treatment with ozone-air mixture was developed on the basis of revealed regularities the ozone effect on microorgamisms and other biological objects.
  • Is designed technologies for producing a new medicinal forms of an antituberculous antibiotic-liposomal rifampicin for inhalation with a high level of drug inclusion, antiviral drug butaminophen and techniques for inclusion of a fatty acid complex “bien” into liposomes for creating a synthetic analogue of pulmonary surfactant.  It is designed of the method for incapsulating the antiviral drug thriazavirin into liposomes and β-carotine into liposomes for animals.
  • A new regularities of the development endogenic intoxication as the main reason to postoperative death-rate there were open. The designed new method for estimating toxemia heaviness by determining concentration of alpha 1-acid glycoproteins and hydrophobic peptides in blood plasma, have in 2-2,5 times more high sensitivity, than now used in clinical practical person tests.
  • Method for preventing hyperblasia of venous graft wall was developed using photosensitiser.
  • Is designed method of application of 5-aminolevulinic acid as a protective agent against herpes virus and method for increasing cell resistance to herpes virus.
  • Is developed the technology of determination of breast cancer cells sensitivity in primary culture to antitumor drugs with the aim to select of the optimal chemotherapy.

  • Method for determining protein amount in milk, milk-like liquids and apparatus for realizing this method were developed (inventor’s certificate № 122339, 1959).
  • Method for controlling quality of root- and tuber-crops (inventor’s certificate № 1250210, 1986) was developed. It is an express-method for estimating quality and predicting shelf-life of crops during storage using gas chromatography.
  • Method for storing vegetables by treating with ozone-air mixture was developed (inventor’s certificate №1324600, 1987).
  • Method for determining lymphocytic antigenes and antilymphocytic antibodies in blood serum was developed (inventor’s certificate №1532873, 1987)
  • Method for determining proteins concentration and lipid content in yeast cells culture on paraffins (inventor’s certificate № 1471566, 1987 and inventor’s certificate № 1725121, 1991) were developed.
  • Method of producing tanning extracts (inventor’s certificate №1541264, 1989) was developed.
  • Method for diagnosing autoimmune diseases (inventor’s certificate №1629787, 1990) was developed.
  • Multicell filter holder was designed (inventor’s certificate № 1701340, 1991).
  • A principal new method was developed for producing adenosine-5’-triphosphate (ATP) from yeast using ozone (patent of RF № 1720280, 1993).
  • Method for estimating sorption ability of erythocytes for linding Nile blue dye (patent of RB № 5794, 2003) was developed.
  • An optical method for determining alpha 1-acid glycoproteins concetration in blood plasma (patent of RB №7744, 2005) was developed.
  • Method for determining oligopeptides in blood plasma was developed based on recording the level of their optical absorption (patent of RB № 8050, 2006).
  • Method for determining tyrosine- and tryptophane- containing peptides in blood plasma by measuring the value of optical absorption of these compounds was developed (patent of RB № 8588, 2006).
  • New method for estimating toxemia heaviness (by determining concentration of tyrosine- containing peptides and alpha-1-acid glycoprotein in blood plasma) were introduced and applied in 1st and 2nd clinical hospitals in Minsk, Brest regional hospital, Brest municipal hospital and Research Institute of Pulmonology and Phthisiology at the Ministry of Public Health of RB)
  • Method for producting a new drug form of antituberculous antibiotic – liposomal rifampycin for inhalation with a high level of drug inclusion was developed (patent of RB № 5614, 2003, № 7525, 2005 and № 9902, 2007). The required forms and records were worked out: laboratory regulations for producing liposomal rifampycin preparation and a project pharmaceutical article on “Rifampicinum liposomale 0,03 g pro inhalationibus” for a new drug form.
  • Inhalation chamber for small laboratory animals (patent of RB № 2187, 2005) and device for primer of small laboratory animals by inhalation method (patent of RB № 2212, 2005) were designed.
  • Device for producing lipid film of microbiological purity was designed (patent of RB № 2848, 2006).
  • Method of application of 5-aminolevulinic acid as a protective agent against herpes virus and method for increasing cell resistance to herpes virus was developed (patent of RB № 9328, 2007).
  • Method for preventing hyperblasia of venous graft wall was developed using photosensitiser (patent of RB № 8970, 2007).
  • Method for preventive optical irradiation of piglets, enabling improvement of pig farming productivity under stock pigsty conditions of pig-breeding complex “Budagovo” of the Republican Agricultural Branch Unitary Breeding Establishment “Zarechie” (v. Budagovo, Smolevichi Distruct of Minsk Region), was applied in industry, 2008.
  • Method for preventing hyperplasia of implanted venous graft wall was developed (patent of RB № 10550, 2008).
  • The technology a peelings and preparation the drinking water «Akvadiv» before the flow into a bottle was design by means of selection ozone treatment regimes. This technology is used in goods production, 2008.
  • A new method for determining seed viability in cereals (patent of RB № 11331, 2009) was developed.
  • Method of UV-radiation dosimetry was developed (application for invention (patent of RB BY № 12198, 2009).
  • Spestroscopic express-method for diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis was developed (patent of RB № 13476, 2010).
  • Method for quantifying pholates (patent of RB № 13409, 2010) was developed.
  • Method for determination of breast cancer cells sensitivity in primary culture to antitumor drugs (patent of RB № 17447, 2013, application for invention № а 20131105, 2013) was developed.
  • Method for incapsulating  β-carotine into liposomes was designed (act № 16-2013).
  • The connections with potential antitumoral activity of IBCE - X4 - IBCE – X10 and charts of their syntheses were worked out with the method of mathematical design (acts №№ 48-2013; 49-2013; 50-2013; 60-2015; 61-2015, 62-2015; 63-2015).
  • Method for producing a nanoliposomal antiviral drug thriazavirin was developed (patent of RF RU (11) 2 516 893(13) C1, 2014).
  • The base of conformation stable tetrapeptides lists is worked out (act № 34-2017).
